I was so obsessed with Hibiscuses as a child. If you see any photo of me from 7 and under, I’m wearing hibiscus printed something.. either a dress, pants, togs, flip-flops, hats or jewellery, sometimes all at once. I think I just really loved them because of their shape. I found them so unique. Their crazy long pistils and jagged petals seemed so bizarre and cool to me.
Using silicone to push away the ripples to create jagged flower petals, a single trippy hibiscus is formed amongst the ripples
