Do I get free shipping in Australia?

Yes! When you come to the checkout it will have a price for shipping (that is for overseas). When you put in your address, that price will change to $0.00. If this doesn’t happen for some reason, please message me at @tydlewaivecreations or tydlewaive@gmail.com

Is my painting safe to post?

Absolutely. I cover the paintings with two layers of bubble wrap and design my own box so it fits tight and doesn’t move around

What if I change my mind or would like to return for something else?

You can be refunded or exchanged for store credits. If you change your mind or no longer want a product, please message me within 2 weeks of purchase.

Can I get any design as a phone case?

Yes, you can! Please message me via @tydlewaivecreations or tydlewaive@gmail.com of the design you’d like. I can show you what it will look like on your phone case before purchasing.

What kind of phone cases are they?

They are digitally printed with my original pieces and are heavy-duty. They have a dual-layer design, with a shock-absorbing layer on the inside. My design is printed all over including the edges.

Do you stock my phone model?

Probably! Just ask and I’ll see what I can do. I’ve commissioned older models and brands other than Apple and Samsung.

How long does delivery take?

I post within 1-2 business days of purchase. I use regular post but can post express on request with payment.

Can I wash my wearable?

Yes, preferably hand wash… but I get it. It’ll be fine in a cold wash cycle too ;)

Are the wearables heat resistant?

Yes but please be cautious. Pouches can be left in cars but they will become very hot to touch. Please do not leave garmets scrunched up in hot cars/spaces. They will stick to themselves and will ruin the design. Please leave flat. These products will melt and stick if exposed to extremely hot conditions.
